You participate in sourcing sessions (search for candidates via CV libraries and professional social networks) to identify candidates for our operator, technician and executive positions. You take care of the telephone prequalifications of identified candidates, write the reports and organize on-site interviews. You coordinate and participate in the organization of the various recruitment-oriented events that are set up and you ensure the monitoring of actions. Depending on your independence, you will take charge of a portfolio of vacancies in tandem with a recruiter. The different missions will be adapted according to the schedule, your skills and your appetites.
