Job Description:
We are a worldwide leading provider of laser beam projection displays that enable tech giants from Silicon Valley to Asia to unlock their Augmented Reality revolution.

Responsabilities:
• Specify and design new production test equipment by understanding new products in Development.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Production, Quality, Engineering, and
Production Engineering teams.
• Develop comprehensive test design documentation, including test instructions, specifications, drawings, and verification plans.
• Coordinate with external subcontractors to implement production testing processes and training for local support teams.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing including hands-on debug of test systems.
• Contribute to project plans by providing time-scale estimates.
• Provide detailed cost estimates for test system development.
• Develop and implement test software to support the testing of new products and systems.
• Contribute to the company’s production engineering objectives with regard to new product introduction, process improvement and lean manufacturing.

Requirements:
• Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Optics, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in bringing technology to the market 
• Prior experience in productization is highly preferred
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills 
• Effective leadership and team working skills 
• A true team player with an open and communicative personality
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of German is considered an advantage.

Salary Range:
60000 per year
