Manages his/her team, coaches the team members and assures required amount and quality of resources. Setting up organizational vision and goals, executes HR&O activities (Develop & Perform), Secures required resources in equipment, people, and consumables for required output (in quantity and quality). Includes day to day operational management, as midterm and long-term (roadmap) forecasting. Observes day to day execution and performance of the HNA Lab, and initiates improvements internally within own environment and/or with support of Technical Support and Engineering. Identifies possible/actual bottlenecks in operations. Acts and communicates on situations with appropriate urgency and in a pragmatic way. Responsible for solving issues and preventing reoccurrence. Attunes expectations and agreements/performance to the customers and management, makes added value and agreements transparent in organization Responsible for quantity and quality of all wafer-processes, self-supporting with 1st line internal and external troubleshooting, coordinates and manages escalations.
