Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of internal organization and external business environment. Participates in the development and articulation of strategies and organizational programs to meet business objectives. Integrates moderately difficult projects into a coherent portfolio of programs focused on business objectives. Manages the portfolio like a “product” (planning, positioning, status, requirements/gaps, and communication plan). Analyzes business and organizational data to identify trends/opportunities, develops strategic direction from information and creates compelling presentations.
