Customer relationship management, Support the local Quality Management in terms of implementation & understanding of customer requirements within the respective plant, Ensure execution of required qualification and reliability plans during NPI process, Drive the 8D process in the respective Plant for assigned customers and ensure in time feedback, Support of customer audits/visits on site and virtual DPI/KPI (QNECT System, Score card), Customer Communication /Voice of Customer, Organise rework/sorting at customer side, external companies or AT&S plants.
