Job Description:
Your first mission will be to develop a new portable library that will be the basis for all PhotonFirst applications by:
• Gathering and documenting requirements from the various teams;
• Writing the new library including a reference example application;
• Building a pipeline that can automate the testing, building and releasing of this library;
• Document the library including usage examples and troubleshooting tips.

Responsabilities:
You take the lead in the design and realization of software as vital part of our products and solutions, focusing on the user interface (full-stack)

Leading by example, act as first point of contact both internal and external

Requirements:
You:
• Like the dynamics of a small, fast-moving company;

• Have a passion for high tech and are willing to learn about our unique technology;

• Hold a University (WO) or Applied Science (HBO) degree in Systems,- Software Engineering/ Informatics with at least 5 years  of relevant  experience;

• Program/ software knowledge: (embedded) C, C++, Python:
Good practice of documentation: code clarity and commenting, version control (GIT) and DEVOPS.

• Are familiar with user interfaces (GUI), Linux kernels and development of APIs to support customer system integrations;

• Are living in The Netherlands and  available to operate (partly) from our office in Alkmaar;
