Responsible for all aspects of operations performance for the respective region, including but not limited to supply, logistics, quality, I&W, cost metrics/KPIs tracking, delivery to plan, and continuous improvement, Ownership and management of service quality to meet operating plan commitments and drive continuous improvement strategy and execution (contract execution, NCs etc.), Ownership and management of cost of goods sold to meet operating plan commitments and drive continuous improvement strategy and execution within the region, Oversees and matrix influences all functions and partners to deliver to operations and supply chain KPIs supporting operating plan, Communicates operations & supply chain progress /execution for their region to senior executives and stakeholders , Supports product configuration and SSCM ongoing maintenance and optimization partnering with service product marketing, Supports service product development field readiness execution , Collaborates cross-functionally and supports service productivity efforts to support regional operations.
