Senior Executive Compensation Manager

Responsible for the review, recommendation and administration of executive compensation programs including long-term incentive programs, perquisites, peer group and annual benchmark study, Recommend compensation offers for senior executive hires, Manage the agenda and materials for the Remuneration Committee meetings in partnership with legal, finance and other key stakeholders, Develop effective working relationships with various internal and external resources (including legal, accounting/finance, payroll, etc.) to ensure that all actions, plans and programs pertaining to executive and director compensation comply with internal corporate governance guidelines and external regulatory requirements and reporting, Provide project management as well as analytical and technical support in the delivery of compensation programs for executives, Lead the development and implementation of compensation communications to the executives. -Member of the annual report development team
