Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager

In partnership with country C&B teams, manage the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits practices and recommend cost-effective changes consistent with market trends and the organization’s objectives, Provide advice to HR business partners on C&B trends, policy interpretations, and program design, Lead the annual year end compensation cycle planning and administration in partnership with key stakeholders, Coordinate and manage global C&B projects in close partnership with country HR teams, Develop and maintain regular reports on compensation trends, benefits utilization, and cost analysis to inform decision-making.
