Your core function is to build and configure the self-service portal in Salesforce Media Cloud, You will become familiar with comprehensive user support for the self-service portal: query management, problem resolution, and development of training materials and delivery of training, You will be responsible for monitoring best practices, user feedback and identifying vulnerabilities with a view to developing and implementing optimization options, You will be responsible for customizing the portal for increasing automation and improving the user experience, You work closely with numerous teams to understand and implement the required specifications, You promote the use of the portal through target group-specific approaches and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
