Processing and reviewing business processes in SAP, such as maintaining delivery plans, creating/editing customer orders or invoices, Creation, checking and maintenance of all process-relevant data (e.g. customers or material numbers), Cross-departmental coordination and independent processing of shipments to customers, Independent tracking of incoming shipments, including with regard to more complex aspects such as customs, import permits, etc. Customer communication to handle processes such as delivery or orders, partly in English, Comparison of inventories, delivery obligations and actual deliveries including reporting to the department management Support with other commercial tasks.
