Design workflows for quantitative societal sustainability assessment of low Technology Readiness Level (TRL) biotechnology-based products. Screen and identify socio-economic indicators, i.e., S-KPIs, S-LCA, relevant to microbial foods, natural products, and chemicals production via biotechnology. Analyse diverse data, including survey, experiment and market data, as well as trends and forecasts. Design workflows in collaboration with academic and industrial stakeholders to identify the key benefits and challenges caused by the introduction of novel bio-based food, chemicals, enzymes, etc. Apply statistical assessment and tests to generate and validate outcomes. Synthesize findings into insights and actionable recommendations. Engage in teaching professionals via engaging presentations and case studies.
