Change management: Lead and execute the process of embedding the required change with the goal to have business ready to adopt and embed the impact in a sustainable way. Advises and supports project teams in developing a strong change leadership competence, guided by the ASML organizational change management approach; Drive stakeholder management. Performs stakeholder analysis. Define and coordinate stakeholder interventions, suiting the specific needs. Communications: Execute the communication strategy and agenda for internal stakeholders. Delivers integrated risk management awareness initiatives that amongst others drive risk behavior. Deliver various types of communication,recurring messaging like monthly newsletters, maintaining the intranet pages, setting the agenda for quarterly communication events, Create insight in employee engagement and attitudes in integrated risk management through regular connects with stakeholders; using pulse checks and surveys, Enhance internal communication skills within RBA.
