Operate the machinery / process per schedule requirements, maximizing production output and quality while minimizing downtime. Perform change overs, adjustment according to quality defect corrections and participate with maintenance technicians in installation, debugging, repair and maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot and process problems to return equipment to manufacturing capabilities with minimal downtime. Diagnose process defects, failure and solve problems with minimal scrap and downtime. Execute corrective actions and appropriate escalations in the event of deviations from standard condition Work closely with manufacturing engineers and other maintenance technicians in a team environment to ensure improve OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) of machinery and to implement process improvements. Document best practices and lessons learned and share with other shifts to ensure organizational knowledge and performance grows. Perform defined preventative maintenance routines coordinating activities with maintenance technicians and engineers. Maintain production reports and logs to track production results, downtime, SPC, DFP, TPM, scrap and inventories.
