Develop defined parts of interdisciplinary research projects rooted in microbiology. Develop assays within immunology and microbiology. Develop cellular models for bacterial infection. Implement microbiological assays Assist in development of teaching material and student supervision. Standardize microbiological workflows including cloning and qPCR. Work with and instruct in the use of microbiological, biochemical, biophysical, and molecular biological techniques. Manage GMO1 cell laboratory (including introduction of new users, assist with risk assessments, maintain cell bank, ordering, cleaning, servicing of equipment, risk assessment preparation and approvals). Participate in coordinating and strengthen microbiological research facilities at DTU Health Tech.
