Sales Prospecting: Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to follow-up on new leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. This includes incoming quote requests, tradeshow leads and 3rd party leads, among others. Consultative Selling: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services, addressing client pain points and demonstrating how our solutions meet their business objectives. Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, consistently updating CRM records, and tracking progress to meet and exceed sales targets. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Quotation and Order Processing: Process customer RFQs, POs and Returns. Provide exceptional customer service while performing routine sales processing functions. Proficient in SAP and CRM, as well as other necessary sales tools. Account Management: Manage “House Accounts” with intent to maintain and grow business relationship. Responsible for monthly revenue tracking and forecasting. Develop and execute Account specific strategies including visits, specific marketing efforts, individual touch campaigns, and other selling strategies.
