Develops and implements appropriate training strategies, courseware and job aids to support and streamline the learning process, Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand specific organizational, departmental, individual and/or external regulatory requirements on employees’ learning and development, Administer end-to-end process of all training grants/incentives/levy related from government, agencies/authorities, recognized bodies, training providers etc such as MIDA grant, Penjana PERKESO, HRDC etc. Establish Learning Management System (LMS), sustain and improve the LMS system, Training material preparation by developing a comprehensive training programs tailored to address identified needs and specific requirements, Coordination of training activities, Deliver general/specific trainings through most effective mode either physically or virtually or hybrid, Evaluate trainees through assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
