Together with regional management, you will optimize internal processes such as customer conversations and data collection to increase the transparency and professionalism of our organization. In your role, you will ensure that service contract maintenance procedures are followed and that all relevant documentation for the operation of our facilities is present and updated You continuously track the performance of our installed systems, analyze downtimes and initiate improvement measures. You are responsible for developing and improving data-driven preventive maintenance procedures to increase asset availability You build and maintain a comprehensive database across the entire product life cycle of our systems, which forms the basis for all analyzes and improvements. You develop strategies, offers and forecasts for service contracts in collaboration with the sales department. You support strategy development for the stocking of spare parts and consumables based on data. You will incorporate the knowledge gained into the development of new products in order to increase their ease of maintenance and reliability. You will build and develop a global community of service contract engineers to share knowledge and experiences.
