Provide leadership in managing outsourced Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) supplier performing operations, maintenance, repairs, and planning of facilities systems. Responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of the facilities support systems to ensure maximum safety and building uptime, Manage 3rd party IFM provider to ensure proper maintenance of mechanical, electrical, fire life safety, exhaust, wastewater treatment, process piping, and controls systems, Review operation, maintenance, trouble shooting, project commissioning & acceptance related documents for facilities systems; recommend and implement improvements, Respond to business interruptions or internal customer escalations Evaluate facilities system capacities and capabilities, Review and approve facility systems, fit-up and tool hook-up designs.
