Be responsible for sales and business development in specific countries / accounts in EMEA region, including market research, demand analysis, development of sales strategies and targets,
Development and execute sales action plans to achieve sales targets,
Focus on customer care, team work closely with colleagues, partners and stakeholders,
Create, develop, and strive for excellent customer experience and customer satisfaction.
Understand the product or service, including its features, advantages and disadvantages, to ensure that professional advice and solutions can be provided to customers
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and expectations, and provide corresponding product or service recommendations
Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relations with customers, maintain good communication and cooperation atmosphere
Participate in various industry conferences and activities, understand industry dynamics and trends, and expand sales channels and resources
Achieve sales targets, analyze and track sales data to better understand their performance and develop improvement plans
Comply with relevant laws and regulations and company policies.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of experience,
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and sales objectives,
Experience / exposure international sales with strong business acumen,
Customer focused with target-oriented mindset,
Self-motivated team player,
Background in laser, optics, diode laser and related industries are of added advantages,
Track records in Optical Communications / Consumer Electronics / Medical are clearly a plus,
Willingness to travel, based on business requirements.
