Contribute to the integration department as a member of the leadership. Provide leadership for the Configuration and Upgrade group through career development dialogues, performance management (target setting, reviews, etc.) and technical guidance. Manage resources and define and maintain the resource roadmap. Responsible for the WoW and quality of the work from the group. Provides performance reviews and salary planning of the group. Provide Performance Improvement Plans as needed. Interact with Project & Program Leaders in the development programs and allocation of staff in line with program need. Contribute to the Test Rig and Integration roadmaps. Manage CAPEX and OPEX according to budget (salaries, training costs, travel, investments in tools etc.) Show leadership by example, including some presence at the work-floor.
