Diagnose and identify root cause and define the action plan for solution. Execute action plans independently and handle most technical problems on his/her own. Escalate when needed by providing clear problem statements and technical communication. Interface regularly with internal and external customers on planning and action progress. Adhere to safety requirements including pre-work safety assessments and wearing PPE such as respirators, harnesses, hard-toe shoes, bump cap or hard hat, etc. Hands-on hardware above, beneath, and around machine including ladders and platforms Properly handle, package, administer, and return parts and tools after work is complete. Provide continuous improvement such as defect or failure analysis reports, post-mortems, procedure updates, and opportunities for reducing cycle times and costs. Keep up to date with latest machine changes by continuous learning and training.
