Manage and coordinate multiple research project simultaneously and ensure that the research methodology, instruments and vendors are the best fit for internal goals and decision making. Coordinate various projects with multiple market research vendors and ensure delivery as per scope and timeline. Evaluate, negotiate with, contract, coordinate and manage vendors and temporary services on continuous project-by-project basis. Identify, explore and activate innovative insights methodologies to bring cutting-edge insights to the team. Utilize rigorous, fact-based, quantitative analysis to support strong strategic recommendations. Translate research findings and insights into clear and actionable recommendations through compelling analysis and verbal and visual storytelling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate innovative ideas and translate consumer insights into actionable features and product enhancements. Advocate the adoption of insights-drive strategies to feed product development and sales. Solicit input constructively and facilitate problem-solving dialogue across teams.
