Bac + 5 internship: Design of a high-speed laser target for the generation of X-rays

You will be responsible for designing an evolution of the automated target optomechanical system used for the generation of X-rays by laser. This system will be optimized in particular for high laser speed. Your missions will include: Propose mechanical solutions in order to respect the specifications (mechanical stability, kinematics of the target system) and the experimental constraints (vacuum environment, thermal load). Interface with the different components of the system (debrisshield, focusing system, tomographic system, etc.) Carry out integration and testing to validate performance.
