Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of the sales cycles including prospect development, sales presentations, closing and account management with emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Define sales development plan in specific potential/targeting area(states/applications), including market research, demand analysis, development of sales strategies and targets.
- Maintain and grow customer relationships.
- Attend sales and networking events such as industry meetings and trade shows.
- Generation and management of sales reports and forecasts.
- Work across North America region, ensuring that FL is represented favorably and consistently across the region.
- Proficiency in the basic professional knowledge of the product or service, ensuring that professional advice and solutions can be provided to customers.
- Drive all projects/opportunities in the territories, ensuring all are always under control.
- Establish and implement personal short- and long-term goals, objectives.
- Try all efforts to hit/exceed personal annual sales targets.
- Comply with relevant laws and regulations and company policies.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or above with 8~10 years of experience in a professional and international sales environment.
- Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined; Good teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication and understanding skills.
- Outstanding proven track record of meeting sales objectives.
- Goal-oriented and driven by success.
- Proven sales, negotiation and analysis skills.
- Rich sales experience in micro-optics/diode laser products including knowledge of the customer base is the must.
- Existing network within telecom/datacom/AI/medical/ Consumer Electronics is a PLUS.
- Work synchronously with colleagues from multiple time zones around the world (Europe, Asia countries) is the must.
- Willingness to travel, based on business requirements.
