Policy Mapping: Conduct comprehensive policy mapping, analysing both hard and soft policies designed for the monitoring, assessment, management, and prevention of workplace violence and discrimination. Organisational Implementation: Investigate how organizations put these policies into practice. Enhancing Staff Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in Healthcare: Examine specific policies and tools aimed at enhancing staff EDI in the healthcare sector. Project Development and Dissemination: Play a pivotal role in further developing, disseminating, and connecting our project to current scientific advancements and practical applications. The role will require strong conceptual, organisational and analytical skills, alongside advanced knowledge of the key theories on stress and wellbeing at work and knowledge on how to conduct interviews and analyse qualitative data.
