With the Talent Acquisition team, the Communication team, HRBPs and managers, you deploy the Thales Employee Value Proposal, you define the profiles and professions that must be highlighted for internal and external communication (social networks) , you coordinate exchanges between the different stakeholders and follow the media execution schedule and the distribution schedule. You organize the right variation of training for managers (use of social networks, good recruitment). You support recruiters on our Graduate Program. You coordinate and organize the various recruitment-oriented events that are set up and you ensure the monitoring of actions. You challenge advertisements and organize discussion meetings with colleagues to improve their content and develop the attractiveness of our offers. You monitor new ways of recruiting and are proactive in proposing innovative actions. You update the various monitoring indicators.
