Our “Portfolio Strategy Business Management / Cycle Plan” team is responsible for planning the Audi product portfolio. We work on numerous cross-cutting issues in the product world and clarify product and corporate strategy issues in cross-divisional collaboration. The basis for this is the creation of data transparency, the preparation of information, and the development of concrete decision-making scenarios. The latter are presented in the Audi product committees and brought to a decision.
