The organizational unit for student intern recruiting/young talent programs is responsible for the student intern recruiting process for Audi at the Ingolstadt location. Our scope of action includes positions ranging from student internships, final thesis work, trainees to scholarship holders. During your internship, you will recruit student interns for all business areas/departments at the IN location.

We are a competent, strategic partner for the departments in all matters of recruitment and are knowledge carriers who develop creative solutions. We recruit for all business areas at the Ingolstadt location as well as for our Munich, Neuburg/Donau, Münchsmünster, and Berlin locations, thereby contributing to Audi’s future viability. In doing so, we consistently align ourselves with the company’s interests and needs.

Our goal is to promote internal mobility and recruit external interns using modern recruiting methods and tools. We think globally, network internationally within the group, and increasingly work in English both internally and externally. We pay attention to transparency and promote equal opportunities throughout all process steps.
