The “Operation of Buildings/Energy Supply Properties Ingolstadt” department is responsible for the operation, repairs and conversions of the buildings (including building technology), the energy supply and the outdoor facilities. This is carried out both by the company’s own operational staff and by external service providers.

The department’s area of ​​responsibility ranges from influencing the planning with the operational issues to the transfer of the buildings/building technology/infrastructure into series operation, the management of service providers and internal staff to small and medium-sized conversions. The scope of work also includes the operation of 2 recycling centers and the billing of energy and operating costs.

The department’s main responsibility is to ensure the availability of the systems and compliance with all legal and official requirements.

The team operates from 2 locations (Ingolstadt and Münchsmünster). The support area extends over a radius of approx. 25 km around the Ingolstadt location. The close cooperation with the internal departments and customers, as well as the independent management of your own small projects round off the working environment and enable an interdisciplinary and varied insight into the day-to-day business of the company.
