In the Employee Vehicle Center, we support our employees on all topics related to their leased, company or purchased vehicle. From the selection of offers and ordering to delivery and return of the leased or company vehicle, we are the contact for all topics related to the vehicle. We advise our customers and help them find the right vehicle from the wide range of products on offer. We shape the relationship with our customers using the “customer relationship management tool” with the primary goal of customer delight.

In our team, we configure the different Audi models for our leasing pool and develop attractive conditions for marketing to our employees.

Digitalization is an important process for us to enable our customers to communicate with us quickly and clearly. Our goal is to make ordering vehicles easy and to be able to provide all information about the vehicles at any time. The basis for this is our own MFC website, through which we communicate our entire range and all current information to our customers.

The independent management of projects and campaigns rounds off the working environment and enables a comprehensive and varied insight into the day-to-day business of marketing and sales at AUDI AG.
