Within the Ingolstadt plant control organizational unit, we manage the operational production process and actively support the achievement of goals by providing data and key figures. Our goal is to help shape vehicle production in the best possible way in order to ensure its long-term future viability. We advise on process optimization and provide strategic impulses, taking into account economic, ergonomic and qualitative aspects, which are the focus here. To this end, this area offers overarching functions such as qualification, communication, quality and risk management or information security and data protection centrally.

With the entry into force of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), a large number of new tasks and challenges arise for companies and corporations. You support the implementation of appropriate processes and measures to ensure compliance with the requirements of the EU GDPR. Your area of responsibility also includes a corresponding control function for the topic of information security. Analogous to the EU GDPR, the plant control area also has the coordination function for the Ingolstadt plant.
